To ensure a safe and enjoyable forest experience, please take note of the following guidelines before your visit:
– Attire: We recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants to help protect against insect bites and scratches from branches.
– Footwear: Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Sandals and slippers are not suitable for forest terrain.
– What to Bring: Don’t forget to bring your own drinking water and rain protection—just in case the weather changes!
– No Pets: For the safety of wildlife and participants, pets are not permitted on the trail.
– Health & Safety: If you have any medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, asthma, pregnancy), please consult your doctor before joining the activity.
– Respect Nature: Help us preserve the forest—do not pick plants, touch wildlife, or leave litter behind.
– Guides’ Instructions: Please follow the instructions of your guide throughout the experience for your own safety and the well-being of the group.
👕 Bring a raincoat (essential)/umbrella. For the eagle/monkey tree climbing experience, prepare a two-piece raincoat. If it rains, we will proceed with the activity using raincoats. It is recommended to bring a change of clothes and a towel for washing up afterward; the base has full washing facilities.
🧢 For the tree climbing experience, bring a baseball cap (essential) to wear under the shared helmets for hygiene. It is advisable to bring your own gloves to prevent friction blisters from the ropes. The base also has shared gloves available for borrowing.
🦟 In summer, wear a hat for sun protection and bring mosquito repellent; the base only has regular mosquitoes, not sandflies.
🥛 Bring your own water bottle; the base provides bottled drinking water.
📸 You may take photos and videos in the main base area, but video recording is prohibited once you enter the forest. If you have any special requests for interviews or filming, please let us know in advance.
😷 If you have upper respiratory symptoms, please wear a mask within social distancing measures to protect everyone’s health.
