Campsite Guidelines.
We look forward to providing you with a great camping experience. Please pay attention to the following agreements and ensure compliance:
- Environmental Guidelines:
- Each campsite at the ranch is unique. Please assess whether your tent size fits the provided dimensions. All campsites are outdoors without fixed roofs. If you need a canopy, please book it during your reservation. Last-minute requests will depend on the ranch’s staffing; we recommend bringing your own canopy.
- To maintain a natural state with minimal artificial structures, and given the terrain’s sloped rice fields, please consider your arrangements carefully. Remind children that running on slopes is not advisable, and always keep an eye on their safety.
- Movement within the ranch requires walking up and down slopes. If there are elderly guests or those with mobility issues, please assess this before booking.
- Parking is separate from the campsites. A brief uphill walk is required from the parking area to the campsite, making RVs unsuitable. After unloading, please park your vehicle in the designated parking area to facilitate access. A total of 15 parking spots are available for guests.
- Maintenance Guidelines:
- Please take care of the plants and facilities on the ranch. Do not climb trees without an activity guide present, and avoid throwing gravel on the ground while being mindful of utility lines.
- Please practice proper waste segregation; there are bins for general waste, recyclables, and food waste.
- Confirm tent securing methods when booking. For wooden platform sites, use fishbone anchors if not using tent pegs; other sites prohibit pegs longer than 30 cm.
- Prohibited Activities:
- The ranch is private land; it is not open to the public except for reserved experiences and camping. Guests not on the reservation should not enter.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at all campsites. Smokers must use the area behind the restroom. Please do not litter with cigarette butts or betel nut waste.
- Drunkenness, loud behavior, and drug use are not allowed. If such behavior persists despite warnings, we may ask the individual to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
- Please do not clean utensils in the bathrooms to avoid clogging the drains.
- Avoid using high-load electrical appliances in the ranch’s power outlets to prevent power outages and safety risks.
- Do not damage or remove any items or facilities from the ranch. If such incidents occur, compensation will be required.
- The kitchen platform is a shared area for resting and socializing but is not available for cooking or personal item storage, except for reserved groups.
- For guests bringing pets, please bring your own tent and clean up after them. Ensure pets are leashed to prevent them from getting lost in the forest.
- The ranch does not allow parties, karaoke, mahjong, firecrackers, sky lanterns, or other activities that create loud noises or lights. After 9 PM, please keep noise levels low to enjoy the serene surroundings of the Pacific moonrise and starry skies.
- Cooking Rules:
- Open flames are strictly prohibited on the ground. Use designated fire pits, Dutch ovens, and stoves placed on heat-resistant boards at least 30 cm off the ground. Do not place hot pots or water directly on the ground. Any damages incurred will result in maintenance fees. Red bricks are provided for rocket stove use.
- Allow charcoal ashes to cool before disposing of them in the trash to avoid fire hazards.
- There is a refrigerator available for food storage, but items must be properly packaged and labeled with your name. Please remove all items from the refrigerator before leaving, as the ranch is not responsible for items left behind.
- Check-in and Check-out Times:
- On arrival day, please adhere to the check-in times: (Regular days) 13:30–17:00; (Holidays and weekends) 14:00–17:00. (Night arrivals are not accepted.)
- The ranch gate is open from 08:00 to 21:00. Please consult the ranch manager for any requests during your stay.
- Check-out time is by 11:30 AM the following day.
